Your Coaches
Acting/Theatre Directing
Lavinia Hollands
Lavinia has recently moved to Saltspring Island from the UK where she worked as a theatre director, acting coach and life coach for the past 18 years. Lavinia specializes in an approach she taught at Drama Centre London, Movement Psychology, that combines Laban movement and Jungian psychology. She has directed productions across London and the UK, Barcelona, Vancouver and San Francisco. She is excited to share her approach to creating new work with young people this summer.

Singer/Songwriter/Performer
Olivia Pevec
Olivia Pevec is a solo performer who uses story telling and song to capture her audience. Olivia was a lead singer/songwriter in a touring band for many years before she was introduced to Margolis Method Acting. This acting method has become foundational to her work as a solo performer and acting teacher for young adults. Olivia ‘The Bard’ plays the banjo, tells stories both personal and mythic, writes songs and teaches song writing. She spent 2025 developing and touring a one woman show called Wayfairing Stranger through Brazil, Hawaii, most of the western United States and BC - she is happy to be back playing music on Saltspring Island!
